Slaughter - Fly To The Angels
Some folks really want to "Fly Away" ... sometimes I really do understand that feeling. But I like this old song by Slaughter better than ... fly to the the angels

Back in High School when this band had their 15 minutes of fame, I had long hair to go along with my guitar-playin' dream of becoming a rock-star. My friends said I looked like the singer from Slaughter. Since I did not care for the band (preferring much heavier music at the time...Megadeth, Alice in Chains, etc...), I became quite upset by the fact that I looked "glam" and so I went out and cut my hair all off.
Thanks for sharing the video...it does bring back memories.

i LOVE Slaughter. i have probably 15 or 20 Slaughter tunes on my MP3 player. And i love jammin this song out on acoustic--the only song on which i attempt to seriously pull off the 80's hair band falsetto high notes. =o)
