The musings of a simple desert disciple - with roots in the Stone-Campbell Movement - trying to make his way through this present age in the hope of the New Heavens & New Earth
"Be merciful to me, O God, be merciful to me, for in you my soul takes refuge; in the shadow of your wings I will take refuge, TILL THE STORMS OF DESTRUCTION PASS BY."
As the thunder rolls, you and your family remain in my prayers daily.
Yes, that was a very powerful, moving, and thought provoking song. Even when we are in the midst of the storm we must always keep in mind that God is in control. This song brings that truth to light. Thank you for sharing that with us. Be blessed!
Married to the most wonderful, beautiful, woman in the world - Tifani! She is Proverbs 31 & Song of Songs combined!; Daddy to Rachael and Talya. Step dad to Avery and Evan - I love them all dearly. I do a little preaching & writing on the side.
I love Farside cartoons, classical literature, the Bible. SpongeBob and Scooby-Doo. I was born on Long Island but grew up in North Alabama. I enjoy going to baseball and football games. I love riding my Harley thru the mountains.

I am using Holloway's and Foster's book for the class. I had Gary at Lipscomb.
